Charlie Clark is evidently distantly associated with the same guy who funds the destruction of our oil industry.
Saskatoon has 30 employees which are working as active agents for ICLEI. Right now our city is working for ICLEI and not necassarily working for the citizens of Saskatoon.
This may explain some things:
A former Canadian Security Intelligence Service member says there are elected municipal officials "who are being paid by foreign governments and who are not necessarily acting in the interest of Canada".
Charlie Clark has evidently been working on making Saskatoon a 15 minute city (smart city) behind our backs for some time now. These new LED lights don't only illuminate but they are also connected to the internet and used as tools to be tracking devices. Now why would Charlie Clark care to have all of us tracked? Everyone in the city needs to be tracked in order for these smart cities to work. When Charlie Clark signed Saskatoon on to ICLEI on June 15th 2017 (almost right after he first became mayor) transitioning Saskatoon to a smart city was evidently one of his major goals.
